Overview 

North South Consulting Group, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager. This role covers managing projects from start to finish, serving as the main contact for all project issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, leading meetings, ensuring quality, overseeing vendor activities, and offering technical guidance to the team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Oversee all project development and implementation aspects, ensuring projects are completed on time, and within scope and budget. 
• Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related communications, interfacing with all areas affected by the project. 
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. 
• Conduct project meetings, responsible for project tracking, analysis, and ensuring quality standards are met. 
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks, tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables. 
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, directing the analysis and resolution of problems. 

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management. 
• A master’s degree with PMI certification is required. 
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience in project management may be considered. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through final implementation. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. 
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to recommend and direct actions to resolve issues.
